Traveler Information

Before your departure, we invite you to check the entry and stay formalities with the embassy or consulate of your country of destination and transit if necessary.

You must be in possession of all required and valid documents: identity card, passport, biometric passport, visa...

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to check their validity and validity according to the laws and regulations in force, and to ask for their renewal if necessary within the allotted time.


Minor passenger

All minor passengers under 18 years of age must be in possession of a personal identity document: national identity card, passport or biometric passport depending on the destination.

Please note that the family record book is not valid as an identity document.

All passengers under 12 years of age (except for UM service) must be accompanied by their parents or a parent or guardian over 18 years of age.

The child and the accompanying person must travel in the same cabin.

An adult may not accompany more than one child under the age of 2.


UM traveler

Subscription to the UM service is mandatory for children aged 5 to 12 travelling alone and only possible for a child over 5 years of age.

The names and telephone numbers of the accompanying persons on the departure and arrival flights must be provided at the time of booking.

Reservation of UM service is not possible online via the website, as it is subject to a quota restriction per flight and must be specifically accepted by the airline.


Pregnant women

Pregnant women can travel without restriction until the 7th month of pregnancy.

From the 8th month onwards, a medical certificate without contraindication to travel, issued by the attending physician, must be provided. Pregnant women cannot travel on our routes during their last month of pregnancy.
